  • Hello, We're Sandy and Kirsty

    We're a mother-and-daughter team based in Brisbane. Sandy's been stitching for forty years and designing for twenty-five, Kirsty came up through the craft and now designs alongside her, and somewhere in there we worked out that the patterns we most want to stitch are the small ones we can actually finish. So that's what we make.

    We create and check every chart by hand, to keep confetti under control, choose every colour, and make sure the symbols don't make our eyes bug out. Because a pattern that fights you isn't much fun.

    Alongside the patterns we make the printable tools we wished we had for our own stitching, the kind that mean less time hunting for floss and more time actually stitching.

  • New arrivals

    The truth is, we're not really sports people. But the reels kept coming, the Netherlands and Norway fans absolutely beside themselves with joy, and it got us. Then the Socceroos won their first match and that was that, we were in. So we did what we always do when something delights us: we turned it into a stitch.

    The Beautiful Game is the result, a build-your-own bundle for the soccer season. You pick your countries, we put together the flag-map charts to go with the centre design, and you stitch a set for whoever you'll be cheering alongside.
