Lesotho Cross Stitch Pattern: Tiny Flag Map with Basotho Hat

Lesotho cross stitch pattern, a rough diamond of a country shape banded in blue, white and green, with the black mokorotlo, the Basotho conical hat, at the centre. The country name is stitched in white across the blue.

Lesotho is the only country in the world entirely above 1,400 metres, which is why it gets snow while South Africa around it does not. The hat on the flag is the mokorotlo, worn across the country and shaped after a mountain near Thaba Bosiu.
